MAIN LIVING AREA
The main floor has been fully renovated with brand-new coastal furniture and an open, airy layout designed for families who actually use the space. The living room features a large smart TV and opens directly onto a private deck overlooking the cypress grove — the spot guests consistently mention for morning coffee and evening wine. There are no neighbors sharing your deck.

KITCHEN — FULLY EQUIPPED
The kitchen is a complete renovation: white shaker cabinetry, coastal tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and enough counter space to actually cook on vacation. You'll find a full suite of cookware, dinnerware for 6+, a drip coffee maker, and all the basics you'd expect in a well-stocked home. HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT DETAILS

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (infants under 2 in pack 'n play do not count toward the limit)
Minimum renter age: 25 years old; primary renter must be present for the duration of the stay
No smoking: Anywhere on the property or within the Cassine Gardens community
No parties or events: This is a residential community — neighbors are close; we ask that you respect quiet hours
No pets: Unfortunately no pets are permitted at this property
Rental agreement: Booking includes agreement to the owner's rental contract and Cassine Gardens HOA rules.
